03. Processing & Transit Timelines
Time is the ultimate luxury. At Freshmanfashion, we optimize our internal workflow to ensure your order leaves our facility as quickly as possible without compromising our strict quality control standards.
Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
Order Handling (Processing): 1 - 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday). During this phase, your items are selected, undergo a final quality inspection, and are securely packaged for transit.
Transit Time: 3 - 7 Business Days. This is the estimated duration from the moment the package leaves our facility to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. Please note that transit times may vary slightly based on carrier volume and geographical location.
Total Estimated Delivery: Most domestic clients can expect their garments within 4 to 9 business days from the date of purchase.

06. Handling Discrepancies

Lost Shipments: A shipment is considered lost if it has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date. In such cases, Freshmanfashion will initiate a full investigation and provide a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
