To ensure that our garments reach our global clientele in a timely manner, we begin the fulfillment and quality-checking process almost immediately after an order is placed.
During this 12-hour period, your order is in our "Pending Review" queue, allowing us to halt the process without logistical complications. Requests received after this window may not be successful, as the order likely has moved to our packaging and dispatch phase.
03. Step-by-Step Request Process
Speed is essential when requesting a change. To ensure your request is seen by our concierge team before the 12-hour window closes, please follow this standardized protocol:
1. Subject Line: Title your email "CANCELLATION REQUEST - [Order Number]" or "CHANGE REQUEST - [Order Number]". This flags the email as a priority for our support staff.
2. Contact Email: Send your request exclusively to support@freshmanfashion.shop.
3. Detail your Request: If you are changing an item, specify the new size or color. If you are updating an address, provide the full new address in a clear format.
Once sent, our team will review the status of your order. You will receive a confirmation email once the modification or cancellation has been successfully applied to our system.
04. Post-Shipment Protocols
If your request is received after the 12-hour window or after the order has been physically dispatched from our facility, we are unable to intercept the package. In these instances, the order will proceed to your delivery address.
Resolution: Do not worry—you still have options. Once the package arrives, please follow our Return & Refund Policy. You may return the unwanted item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We ask that you do not "Refuse Delivery," as this can complicate the return tracking process and delay your refund.

There are no restocking fees or administrative charges for orders cancelled within the eligible window. If you cancel an order, a 100% refund of the purchase price, including shipping and taxes, will be issued immediately to your original method of payment.

When a cancellation is approved, we trigger the refund process instantly. However, the time it takes for the funds to reappear in your account is determined by your financial institution.
