03. Reporting Trademark & Patent Infringements
If you are a brand owner or a legal representative of a brand and you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated on freshmanfashion.shop, we want to know immediately. We have a streamlined reporting process to ensure your claim is handled with the appropriate legal priority.
To submit a report, please send a formal "Notice of Infringement" to our legal desk at support@freshmanfashion.shop. To process your claim, the following information is required:

2. Evidence of Ownership

The exact URL(s) on our website where the allegedly infringing product or material is located.
4. Detailed Description
A clear explanation of how the material infringes upon your rights (e.g., use of logo, unauthorized design duplication).
04. Remedial Actions & Vendor Discipline
Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, Freshmanfashion will take decisive action:
Content Removal: We will remove or disable access to the infringing content within 48 business hours of verification.
Vendor Termination: If a supplier or manufacturer is found to have provided counterfeit goods or misrepresented their right to distribute a brand, we will immediately terminate all business relationships with that entity.
Accountability: We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies to identify and stop the flow of counterfeit goods. We reserve the right to hold infringing parties financially liable for damages to our brand reputation and legal costs.
05. Consumer Protection
Our clients are at the heart of our IP policy. If a product you purchased is ever determined to be counterfeit, we will:
1. Issue a 100% full refund immediately.
2. Provide you with a prepaid label to return the item for forensic destruction.
