02. The 30-Day Evaluation

We offer a comprehensive 30-calendar day return window. This period begins from the date of delivery, as confirmed by our carrier's tracking system. This timeframe is intentionally generous, allowing you to inspect the fabric, test the fit, and ensure the shirt harmonizes with your existing collection.

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original, pristine condition. It must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any external scents (perfume, smoke) or markings. All original Freshmanfashion tags, spare buttons, and signature packaging must remain intact and included in the return package.

Change of Mind: If the silhouette or color does not meet your expectations upon arrival, you are welcome to return it. We appreciate the nuances of menswear and respect your decision to seek the perfect piece.

Damaged or Defective: In the rare event of a manufacturing flaw or damage sustained during shipping, please document the issue with clear photographs and contact us immediately. We define "defective" as any structural or aesthetic flaw that deviates from our premium quality standards.

04. Initiation & Logistics

To initiate a return, you must contact our concierge team via email. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as our facility cannot process unrecognized shipments.

Process: Send an email to support@freshmanfashion.shop with your Order Number and the specific reason for return. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a pre-paid shipping label within 24 business hours.

05. Refund Disbursement

Upon arrival at our facility, your return will undergo a meticulous inspection to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. This process is typically completed within 48 hours of receipt.

The 5-Day Commitment: Approved refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 5 business days. This ensures that your funds are returned securely to the source of the transaction. While our system releases the funds immediately, please allow for your financial institution's standard processing times to reflect the credit on your statement.

06. Non-Delivery & Lost Shipments

We monitor every shipment with absolute vigilance. If your tracking information indicates "Delivered" but the package is not in your possession, or if the package has exceeded its delivery window by more than 7 business days, please notify us. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Should the shipment be confirmed lost, Freshmanfashion will issue a full refund or a complimentary replacement at your preference, ensuring you are never at a loss.
